Drinking Ice Water Burns 861 Calories

Did you know there is one easy change you can make to normal tap water which will force you to burn up calories just by drinking it?
I won’t be talking about dieting or fitness today.

Now of course both fitness and diet crucial but there are a few easy weight loss tips (which don't require much effort) that you could use to burn off extra calories.

Today I will be giving you one of my best fat loss tips.

I'm sure that most dieters don't know this secret fat loss tip. What’s great is that this is such an easy to use tip. Also, it is a healthy weight loss tip… no need for strange diet pills or even stranger fad diets.

Well let’s get started. If you were to drink one eight ounce glass of ICE COLD water, your body will burn up 7.69 calories just to heat that water up to body temperature.

So if you drink an eight ounce glass of ice water your body will burnaround eight calories. If you drank the minimum recommended eight cups of water per day (for health) but made sure that the water was ice cold... you would burn off an extra sixty-four calories a day by doing next to nothing!

You could even be lying in bed doing this!

Now that’s what would happen if you drank eight glasses of ice water a day. Now that sixty-four calories burned off is good but you aren’t happy with just good enough right?

You’re a serious fat burning machine! You want to use every fat burning advantage to its maximum potential right!

Well since you're so extremely motivated, let's go all the way with this easy weight loss trick.

Over time you can gradually work your way up to drinking one gallon of ice cold water every day. One whole gallon equals about sixteen cups.

These sixteen ice cold cups of water will burn off 123 extra calories per day while you sit there doing almost nothing!

After one week of this you would have burned up 861 calories... just from drinking water! Let’s put those 861 calories into perspective. You would have burned off roughly the same amount of calories as...

Jogging for two full hours!

Adding this ice cold water habit into your life while burn up as many calories as if you had added two full hours of jogging to your weekly exercise routine.

Now that's incredible. It’s amazing that ice water is a drink that burns calories.

I should say that if you drink only eight cups of ice water per day you will still burn off a good number of calories. You don't have to drink an entire gallon but if you really want to go the extra mile you can progress up to that much.

Excess Abdominal Fat Can Be More Serious Than You Think

This is certainly the age of the “Muffin Top” for guys and girls. No one likes the look, but underneath that is a much more serious issue. Even young boys and girls are showing this symptom of dis-health at an early age. Sugar dysregulation must be evaluated and treated naturally to ever change this trend.
 
The abdominal region has two types of fat. The subcutaneous fat lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles. The second type of fat is referred to as visceral fat. It lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounds the organs. This visceral fat is what gives men their “beer belly”. This beer belly looks soft but is quite hard on palpation. This is a gigantic storage area of toxins and demonstrates blood sugar problems.


Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are a health risk, but many and repeated studies have shown the excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat.
